Welcome! My name is Erik Ask-Upmark, a multifaceted freelancing musician, actor and producer based in Skåne, the southernmost region of Sweden. With a passion for a wide array of musical genres, I travel extensively throughout Europe and the United States, bringing a diverse range of performances to various audiences. In addition to my musical endeavors, I also work with graphic design and video production.
Throughout my career, I have focused on traditional and early music as well as jazz and classical, as well as giving entertaining lectures in a wide range of topics. I also manage the independent record label (remember those?) Nordic Tradition, where I share recordings that highlight the richness of Nordic culture. I am happy to provide unique, custom-made entertainment for most types of events, ensuring a personalized touch to any occasion.
